When the numbers don't add up, the truth becomes deadly.
Lexi Reeves is a top financial analyst with a sharp mind and an unshakable moral compass. When she uncovers evidence of corporate fraud within one of the world's most powerful companies, her life takes a dangerous turn. The deeper she digs, the clearer it becomes: this isn't just about missing money. It's about secrets powerful enough to destroy lives.
Her sister Emma has always dreamed of success, but her ambition blinds her to the dangers lurking in plain sight. What Emma sees as a golden opportunity, Lexi knows is part of a deadly cover-up. Torn between protecting her sister and exposing the truth, Lexi faces a harrowing choice: risk everything, or stay silent and watch innocent people pay the price.
Victor Callahan is a man who plays to win. With his charm, influence, and ruthless determination, he has built an empire on lies. When Lexi threatens to unravel his carefully crafted facade, he will stop at nothing to protect his secrets, even if it means eliminating her.
Set against the high-stakes backdrop of corporate greed and financial conspiracy, Dangerous Numbers is a gripping corporate thriller packed with twists, betrayals, and heart-pounding suspense. Book 1 of the Dark Horizon Series by Jordan Fox, this edge-of-your-seat mystery thriller asks: can Lexi outsmart her enemies, expose the conspiracy, and protect her family? Or will the cost of seeking justice be too high?
